Valle di Sivizzano Brut (white sparkling Sauvignon)

Description. Dry sparkling wine made from 100 % Sauvignon Blanc grapes, spontaneous fermentations; sparkling wine with Martinotti method in closed tank.

Color. Intense and brilliant straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage.

Tasting Notes. The nose has a fresh and slightly aromatic profile characterized by fragrant herbaceous notes and aromas of white fruit. It is a cheerful and inviting wine, with a balanced and delicate taste, pleasantly fresh in the fruity finish.

Service. We recommend cooling in the fridge at least half an hour before tasting.

Pairing. Ideal to enjoy with appetizers, pasta dishes and slightly aromatic preparations.
