Description: Organic sparkling wine made from our Malvasia Casalini and Malvasia di Candia aromatica grapes. Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts, while secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave; here the wine is aged for up to 14 months.
Color: Intense golden yellow.
Tasting notes: A complex wine on the nose, with notes of white flowers complemented by a lingering green apple and hints of chamomile, honey, and thyme. Ripe yellow fruit on the palate, very fresh, with good acidity, a fine and elegant perlage, and slightly sweet.
Serving: We recommend chilling in the freezer for at least half an hour before serving.
Pairing: Enjoy as an aperitif with cured meats such as prosciutto crudo, culaccia, or culatello.
